When you visit our website(s), information is automatically logged by our web content management system (CMS) and our Internet Service Provider (ISP). We do not use this to identify users or their browsing activities unless required by law, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect our service provider's logs. 

By signing up or joining a mailing list, your details are added to that specific mailing list and used for the stated purpose of that list only. Further, the Kalamunda Volunteer Bushfire Brigade records your contact details (in accordance with government record keeping standards) when emails are sent to us. Except as expressly prohibited by law, in no event will the Kalamunda Volunteer Bushfire Brigade be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even where Kalamunda Volunteer Bushfire Brigade has been advised of the possibility of such damages occurring. If, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Kalamunda Volunteer Bushfire Brigade is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises as a result of your use of the website, Kalamunda Volunteer Bushfire Brigade’s liability shall not exceed the dollar amount of the transaction which formed the basis of the damage or $100.00, whichever is less.
